Question by : Is Smoking an electronic cigarette illegal?
(Electronic cigarettes are a water vapor exhale and they do not burn creating no 2nd hand smoke…)
Here in the state of California, smoking a tobacco cigarette in a vehicle with a person under the age of 18 is illegal – My question is, is it illegal to smoke an electronic cigarette, which is water vapor cigarette, the same as smoking a tobacco cigarette, and is it illegal?

it’s not a real cigarette so no…. I wouldnt be illegal. the only thing is u may get pulled over because the cop would think its real. that’s a pretty dumb law though. but it’s more dumb to smoke a fake cig … so idk !
The same laws apply for e-cigarettes as regular cigarettes.
