Question by : can you smoke anywhere at 16 years old in the united kingdom?
i know you cant legally BUY cigarettes/tobacco till your 18 but the law states that if your 16 and over your allowed to smoke them and apparently the police cant actually take your cigarettes from you? is this true? can you smoke anywhere wether it be walking down the street or outside of a restuarant when your 16? thanks in advance, oh and i know, i will die of cancer or some sort of horrible death. thank you for the heads up. no seriously though dont bother saying dont smoke, youll just be reported. thanks!

you can not smoke in any public buildings and if you thro the fag end on the floor you will be find £80 and do you know that thy cost £5-£6 for 20.
